Robert L. Esensten
Robert Esensten is the founding attorney at Esensten Law. With more than 50 jury trials, and hundreds of arbitrations and court trials, Bob has a deep base of experience upon which to draw and is well respected by opposing counsel and the courts. He has served as an arbitrator and mediator in disputes including attorney fee disputes and civil litigation matters.
Since 1975, Bob has overseen and maintained primary responsibility for the representation of business and litigation clients in a variety of fields, including real estate, construction, telecommunications, pharmaceuticals, accounting and the entertainment industry. Working with a diverse clientele has given Bob exposure to almost every legal challenge a client could face from both the transactional and litigation perspectives, including business formations and dissolutions, construction defect litigation, consumer class action, and personal injury litigation. His successful career as a trial attorney in civil litigation has earned him membership in the highly exclusive organization ABOTA (American Board of Trial Advocates) and has also garnered him multiple recognitions as a Super Lawyer by Los Angeles Magazine, an award that is given to less than 5% of attorneys in Southern California.
