Community service is important to Randi both professionally and personally. Randi and the team at Esensten Law provided legal support to the Women’s March organizers. She also serves regularly as a volunteer judge at the UCLA Collegiate Mock Trial Tournament, and has served as a volunteer settlement officer in the Los Angeles Superior Court. In addition, Randi supports and raises funds for her favorite charities, Our House Grief Support, Camp del Corazon, and the Ghana Educational Collaborative. She also served as an elected member of the Board of Trustees of the San Fernando Valley Bar Association.
