Michelle Silver is the Office Manager and Legal Secretary at Esensten Law; she enjoys her work in the legal field and especially appreciates Esensten Law's personal, intimate, and very hands on approach with clients and cases. Michelle received her paralegal status in 2005 and her legal secretary certificate from the Beverly Hills Bar Association in 2006.
With over 20 years of law office experience, Michelle has an extensive background in civil litigation, class actions, personal injury, family law, arbitrations, and managing cases from commencement through trial. Prior to joining to Esensten Law, Michelle was a key player in the opening of a family law office that specialized in child support and headed the Compromise of Arrears Program (COAP), successfully achieving huge child support reduction in excess of $1,000,000 of back child support owing.
With her strong commitment to green practices in the office, Michelle is working
diligently towards creating a paperless environment which promotes less office
waste. Being of service is an important part of her life, as she mentors women in life, health and wellness skills, and spends time volunteering around the local community.

On a personal note, Michelle is a professional bowler, a member of three bowling halls of fame and is a silver level certified coach. She also enjoys working out, hiking, fishing, cooking, spending time with her husband Jim, her kitty Ziggy, and is big on family, as she is the eldest and big sister to her 12 younger siblings.
